Leslie Brenner

  Leslie's jewelry is handcrafted in her New York studio from gold, sterling silver and the highest quality precious and semiprecious gems. In addition to traditional wrapping and stringing, metal working and wax-carving techniques, Leslie loves to experiment with new techniques. "Creating jewelry is sculptural and imaginative," she says. "I enjoy making singular designs that will charm."

Leslie Brenner was born in Los Angeles, California. She trained as an artist at California Institute of the Arts, outside Los Angeles. Then moved to New York to exhibit her art work (photography and short films) at galleries including: The Bronx Museum of Art and the Collective for Living Cinema. Leslie's photographs have appeared in publications, such as: Rizzoli's and Architectural Record.

Leslie Brenner has studied jewelry-making at Studio 174, the Jewelry Arts Institute and the 92nd Street Y in New York City.
