TURN-AROUND TIME

Leslie Brenner jewelry is made to order. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If quicker turnaround is required we can usually meet your request, please email rush-order inquiries using the contact form.

 

SIZING

Ring sizes, necklace and bracelet lengths will appear under "Measurements" for each item. [All sizes and lengths are based on standard and/or median measurements.] The price of an item is for the size specified. If you need a different length or size please email or call us before placing an order, as special requests may affect the price.

 

CUSTOM JEWELRY

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to a shipping, handling and insurance fee (within the United States) and will ship UPS ground. UPS Next Day Air is available upon request Please note: UPS deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. Purchases over $1,000 may be subject to special insurance and handling fees. All Leslie Brenner jewelry is made in New York City (USA). International shipping fees vary by country.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchange/Credit Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund, make an exchange or receive a store credit for your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please call or email our studio before returning an item for refund, credit or exchange.

Leslie Brenner Design will not accept the return of damaged, tangled or worn merchandise. 

Any returned item needs to be in its original condition. It must also be packed carefully in the originally packaging and safely shipped back to us INSURED via UPS or insured registered mail. Please use a hard box or case to ensure that the jewelry is not damaged.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Gift Returns/Exchanges:

If you have received your Leslie Brenner jewelry as a gift, please let us know. We can extend the exchange/credit time to reflect the time between purchase and receipt of your gift. 

NATURAL VARIATION

Leslie Brenner jewelry is made from the highest quality natural gemstones. These stones may vary slightly in color and shape, due to their natural origin and the fact that they're cut by hand. They may also feature natural inclusion. These elements are hallmarks of natural gems.

JEWELRY CARE

Please handle ALL handmade jewelry gently. Never crush, tug or drop in a tangle.

Necklaces: To avoid tangles, as soon as you take your necklace off [never tug or yank a chain], hang it or store half of it in a closed bag and then place the entire necklace in a larger bag, pouch or box.

Earrings: Store earrings in their original packaging or on an earring stand whenever possible to avoid tangles or bending.

REPAIRS

Pieces in need of repair within 6 months, based on normal usage, will be repaired free of charge. Tangled chains and other forms of damage can be repaired for a materials and labor fee.
